git. error: src refspec master does not match any.

새로 프로젝트를 git에 push하기 위해서 작업을 하였는데 push하는데 에러가 발생하였습니다.

$ git push -u bitbucket master 
error: src refspec master does not match any.
error: failed to push some refs to 'https://***@bitbucket.org/***/***-***-***.git'

이런 메세지가 나오면서 잘 안될겁니다.

 

저 같은 경우에는 add 하고 commit까지 하였다고 생각하고 push를 하였던게 잘못이었습니다. :D

 

당연히 해결 방법은 commit을 하여 주면 됩니다.

git add .
git commit -am "initialization commit"
git push -u origin master

 

이제는 commit 안한지도 기억이 잘 안나네요 ㅎㅎ
